Shirley, a grandmother in Detroit, needed help getting her grandchildren ready for the 2024-25 school year.
Central Detroit Christian bought new clothes and headphones for Shannon, Shirley’s grandson (pictured here), with funds from The Grand Fund.

​Geraldine, a grandmother in Pontiac, had her minivan towed to the mechanic for assessment on costs to repair the vehicle.

It’s a Grand Life begins partnership with Oakland Livingston Human Services Agency, Pontiac, MI in September 2024 by donating $1,500 toward OLHSA’s work in supporting Grandfamilies. It’s a Grand Life and Celebrity Catering (Troy, MI) provided an OLHSA Grand Family, with a $400 gift certificate just prior to Thanksgiving in 2024. Pictured with Craig is Theresa Powers who is raising 2 grandchildren (granddaughter is pictured) and one great grandchild.

It’s a Grand Life joined Grandparents as Parents Again for their 2024 holiday party in December 2024. IAGL provided ___ families with gift cards to Meijer where they can purchase groceries and other household needs.
